About the Project

PATH is currently seeking for a Program Associate - Digital PHC _on Third Party Payroll ( Randstad )._


Responsibilities:


  • Support liasoning with stakeholders at the district level involved in project activities.
  • Work closely with the Block, State and Central teams for project implementation.
  • Support Block Coordinators and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Coordinate with district administration and participate in district planning and review meetings to ensure proper implementation of interventions and related project activities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between project team and other stakeholders.
  • Support State team with landscaping exercise and gap assessment in the district.
  • Support training and capacity building activities for ASHAs, ANMs and others as per project requirements.
  • Facilitate IEC-BCC activities in coordination with state team and Block Coordinators
  • Support implementation of digital health innovations
  • Document activities and progress of implementation for project reports.
  • Support in the creation of presentations for updates and meetings.
  • Undertake other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Travel extensively across the district and state, whenever required for project activities.
Education Qualification, Experience and


Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 23 years of experience and demonstrated skills in public health program implementation (experience in digital health projects preferable)
  • Master's degree in management or public health from a reputable graduate school
  • Experience of working with state and district level government health department is desirable.
  • Technical knowledge and field experience of planning and implementation of public health programs and health systems strengthening in Maharashtra, especially RMNCH.
  • Familiarity with Indian public health system, flagship initiatives in health sector and relevant government policies/ strategies particularly NHM, Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centers, ABDM, National Health Programs etc.
  • Proven ability to multitask and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in fastpaced, highpressure situations.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.
  • Extremely detailoriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multisite organization and in a teambased structure.
  • Proven effectiveness while working in a teambased environment, but capable also of working independently.
