  • All types of port entry passes & foreign national visitors pass. ( For 1200 off role & 550 on role employee + daily visitors, business partners, fore etc. ) + long term passes with quarterly renewal + Permanent IDs cum port entry passes )Prepare all department one day, weekly, Laptop Monthly pass, Vehicle Monthly Pass for all employees & all types of port entry pass without delay and maintain record in system.
  • To get all port entry passes approved on time on a daily basis
  • No complaint should be recorded against us.
  • Maintain port entry pass related documents/record as per ISPS guidelines
  • No NC record in ISPS/ISO 28000 internal & External audit.


Preparing Fournier port entry pass, Coordination with immigration office, PFSO (Port facility security officer), DY Conservator (JNPA), CISF Final authority.

CISF, ISPS JNPA mock drill & E-port pass & VMS

  • Attend security related common mock drill, BU security mock drill, keep record of dills, coordinate with Operation & security to have mock drills are completed as per yearly schedule.
  • Keep proper record for SMS, ISPS internal & External certification audit point of view.
Assist to Monitor, maintain E-port pass,

  • Randomly Checking of VMS & Follow up if any errors in VMS. VMS system & maintain record.


E-port pass related Host Approval & Follow up if any without delay, correct defects if any errors in E-port passes - Without delay, No complaint against us.- Security staff & CISF daily attendanceNeed to check daily attendance & coordinate with security IC.


  • Checking Attendance of Security Staff and maintain Record
  • Daily Bais
  • Checking Attendance of CISF Staff and maintain Record Daily basis.
  • Share proper errorless report to CISF for billing purposes without delay
  • Monthly.
  • Coordinate with Vendor about security guards training as per plan Monthly basis.
  • Daily terminal round with security supervisor.


Security Surveillance camera recording checking & its retention period checking.- Security/Background checks of staffTo ensure police NOC and background checks are carried out for all contracted staff as per Deputy conservator/PFSO - JN port guidelines basis on instructions by Ministry of home affairs.

Ensure contracted staff and hired equipment complies with DPW & GSE engagement programs and local safety & security requirement (ITV/LMV/HMV).

Implementation of e-Port passes system to reduce consumption of paper - Carbon footprint. Initiate Foreigner immigration and their port pass process without delay.

  • Target: All staff should have a Police verification certificate before joining.


Ensure legal documents of hired equipment are in place and all staffs /visitors & foreign national's port entry passes arranged timely.

- ISPS internal & External audit co-ordination with all department for

  • ISPS ( International Ship and Port Facility Security Code ) internal & External audit for certification.
  • ISO 28000 ISM (Security Management System) internal & External audit for certification.
  • Costal Security external audit by Government authority.
  • Police force one Mumbai team IB (intelligence bureau), Cost guard, Navy, air force, CISF external audit.

CLMS & CTMS Data, Involvement in CSR activities

Maintain CTMS & CLMS data in CLMS software.

  • Maintain CLMS staff documents
  • NO NC in Audit
  • Enrollment of new employees in Biometric attendance for IN/OUT, Active / Deactivate
  • No NC in audit.
  • Involvement in CSR activities as per BU plan (hours per year per employee)
  • To plan one gettogether for CLMS supervisor & UDR
  • Once in a year
