Position / Job Description:

Liaise with client to obtain information as required to identify and resolve performance issues, ask questions, and triage issues with the support of the Trade360 Chief Architect.
Actively interact with senior level Trade360 Architects to identify potential solutions.
Work with the Trade360 Chief Architect to prioritize performance issues.
Execute and analyze trace and utilization reports. Provide detailed recommendations for resolution.
Provide regular updates to CGI management on issues and resolution progress.
Track and clearly document performance test results. Work with US Performance Test PM to consolidate results into weekly, monthly, and release level reporting.
Day to day management of the India based Performance test team members.
Provide support to performance testers as needed. Occasionally create and execute performance test scripts, to help the team meet deadlines, if required.
