Job Duties:

Lead and manage the US IT recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support as required.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct client calls to understand hiring needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and negotiate terms and conditions.
Evaluate and select external recruitment agencies and vendors, as necessary.
Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Write and post technical job description
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform prescreening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Keep uptodate with new technological trends and products.
TAX Terms: C2C, W2, 1099 and

VISA:
GC, USC, H1b, OPT EAD, and IT Staffing experience

Experience or knowledge using CEIPAL or any Applicant tracking software
Experience working on state or federal government requirements
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
