Position - CRM (Female)

Experience - 2 to 7 yrs

Salary - 15k to 25k

Location - Noida sector (5)

Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all communications related to their projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Manage project schedules and provide timely updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to find solutions that meet or exceed the client's expectations.
Keep uptodate on industry trends and developments, including new products and services, to provide clients with relevant information.
Utilize Google Sheets to manage and analyze data to support decisionmaking.
Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to convey data and project progress to clients and internal teams.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
