We are looking for enthusiastic
Sales Executives for
Real Estate industry nearby Shaheed Path, Lucknow.

  • Responsible for endtoend sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
  • Doing the primary research of the market and keeping yourself updated about the market trends/knowledge.
  • Achieve top line business sales targets for the project assigned on a monthly basis
- individually.

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales areas. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Consistently build Channel Partners network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Leverage on a strong network of Channel Partners and existing customers to achieve set targets.
  • Monthly review of Channel Partners including actual achievement v/s targets, qualitative factors and process improvements.
  • Organizing events and ensure effective and profitable execution of all sales activities for generating the leads and getting the prospects.
  • Should have good understanding of utilization of social media platforms like Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Real Estate portals etc.
  • Responsible for revenue maximization and lead generation through various Digital Campaigns.
  • Implement Sales Strategies as conceptualized by Management; Discounts/ Offers/ Schemes planned for the assigned project.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team managing ability.
  • Must have good Channel Partner Network.
  • Must be passionate for sales, selfinitiator and result oriented.

Salary:
₹18, ₹29,000.00 per month
