Description
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in generating leads and driving sales for our innovative media and entertainment projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our media and entertainment services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and research.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations that highlight the benefits of our projects.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to close deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Clear and confident phone manner with a positive and enthusiastic tone.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

₹7, ₹39,316.38 per month
