As part of our commitment to creating awareness about our initiatives, we are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic interns to join our door-to-door awareness campaigns in Greater Noida.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct doortodoor visits within designated neighborhoods in Greater Noida.
  • Engage with residents, with a specific focus on senior citizens, to raise awareness about our old age homes and the support they provide.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the mission, services, and advantages of our facilities.
  • Address questions and concerns from potential residents and their families.
  • Distribute informative materials and answer inquiries to provide a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and inquiries during the awareness campaign.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Empathetic, patient, and compassionate demeanor, particularly towards elderly individuals.
  • Availability to work onsite and conduct doortodoor visits within Greater Noida.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in community engagement, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
