Experience- 0- 1 Years

Work Timings- General Shifts (7.30 AM to 3.30 PM, 9.30 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 8.30 PM).

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Change and Release Management (R12 or R14 Documentation).
b.

Should be able to handle SLA oriented issues, Knowledge of Ticketing Tools and logged tickets along with RCA and permanent fix.

c. Excel knowledge is a must.
d. Provide day to day 24*7 Production support on call.
e. Application monitoring / Log monitoring and troubleshoots production issues.
f. Good to have strong coordination skills with Clients and all teams concerned for task closure.

Knowledge in below listed profile will be an added advantage to your profile.
a. Knowledge of Database, Operating System, Networking, Security, Ticketing Tools, Mail Etiquettes.
b. Should have analytical, monitoring, troubleshooting, Reports Presentation and Communication skills.
c. Logs readings and problem solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
a. BSc (CS/IT)/ BCA, MCA, B-Tech/B.E (IT/Computer).
b.

Any Certification in Networking, Database Administration, Cloud Management, Windows Server, and ITES ( (Information Technology Enabled Services) will be added advantage.

c. Preferred
d. Basic knowledge of SQL Queries & Network.
f. Good knowledge of MS Office.
g. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
h. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
i. Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
