Introduction:

  • As a member of the API Engineering Technical Delivery Team you will be working closely with the Technical Delivery Managers, Horizontal Leads and API Engineering Product Owner to report on the status across each Domain.
  • You will be accountable to supporting the Technical Delivery Managers with reporting of RAIDS and ensuring all pre prod activities and governance concurrently allowing a smooth and timely transition into Production. You will be required to frequently present your projects to the Horizontal Lead to give a clear view of the current status.
  • Day to day responsibilities will mostly consist of management/leadership support therefore the following traits/skills are essential; Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship, Self-Motivated Individual, Passion for Delivery, Example Setter, Active Listener, Decision Making, Problem Solving, promoting positivity, Training new team members, Providing Clear, Constructive communication when necessary, taking feedback on board and Supporting development of Technical Delivery Managers.

  • JIRA Assignment & management. Conducting daily Standup calls twice for JIRA allocation
  • Mailbox Management by responding to various queries from federated APIs teams timly
  • Identifying and managing risk that would affect delivery
  • Ensuring timely JIRA Assignment & resolution within SLA through facilitating and driving a high level of passionate working culture
  • Ensuring a consistent high standard support to the federated API
  • Attending calls with project team for understanding project/JIRA scope
  • Bring efficiency in the delivery and build high performing team
  • Handling Escalations from stakeholder
  • Timely Escalations of concerns/issues
  • MISC activities
  • Technical Quiz, brainstorming sessions, Organizing Knowledge management session
  • Secondary Standby support on Weekend CR
