Looking for customer service specialist for Branch office in Ludhiana for work from office. individual will perform following task along with any and all related to the office operation.


Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including tracking customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns.

Meet or exceed customer care performance goals, including response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and collaborating on customer care initiatives.


Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of customer care practices and procedures.
