Job location is BKC, Mumbai1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:
- _Indicate the main activities / duties to be conducted in the job._
- Experience in order validation & revenue reconciliation activities.
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Mitigating wrong order login for maximizing revenue.
- Check customer's contracts/ COF/ PO and MSA and approve or deny sales orders based on company billing standards and requirements.
- Ensures customers Bills are generated first time right and improves O2C process and related monitoring.
- Negotiation skill as necessary to deal with multiple internal team sales, collection & service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, analyse the effectiveness of the company's order to cash process and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce credit notes or wrong billing.
- Regular reconciliations of contract/order opportunity of existing customers and the assessment of revenue and billing quality of existing customers.
- Creative, selfdisciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
- Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis & mitigate Risk.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely validation of COF, commercials, billing and deliverables.
- Manage relations with Service delivery, collection, Sales support & sales.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases (SAP optional).
- Good communication (verbal / written) skills.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Basic qualification graduate from recognized university
WORK EXPERIENCE
- (Minimum years of experience required)_
5-6 years' experience in Billing, customer service/revenue Assurance,order validation or similar kind of role.
SKILLS
(Technical aspects)
Should have experience in billing, order validation, revenue assurance,O2C or of the same field and/or customer facing role.
Experience in negotiation, reconciliation and skill on written/verbal communication.
Knowledge of Excel / MS office.
