Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Strong organizational skills and Ability to work independently and proactively, with a resultsdriven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and pain points, and offer customized solutions to address their HR needs.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports to track progress towards sales targets.

Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
