Job Responsibility:


  • Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and forwarding the lead
  • Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.

We are looking for People with:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
  • Edtech experience would be an additional advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
  • Ability to switch communication styles
  • Fresher's can also apply

Education:


  • Bachelor Degree (Compulsory)
  • Master's in Business Management (Optional)

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
