Description

Managing end to end sales backend activities: Lead generation, processing of order, dispatch of products, follow up with customers regarding receipt of orders and collection of payment

Coordinate presales and aftersales activities like all kinds of documentation
Making Inbound/outbound sales calls internationally, & market researching (competitor analysis, searching export sales data on various platforms)
Handling all customer accounts client interactions & their queries related to our business & product segments, building rapport & generate business from these accounts
Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information
Respond to Online enquiries through India Mart and company's website
Follow up with client for timely receipt of order in good condition.
Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
Take order followups with the production team
Does sales order

- tracking delivery and maintain MIS & other reports for the sales department

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with other department teams to achieve individual and organizational goals

Requirements:

Currently in a backend EXPORTS sales role for medical devices company
Hands on experience on advanced Excel
Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
Knowledge of CRM systems usage
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Selfstarter, proactive and a can do innovative attitude
Excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills )
Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fastpaced environment
