Assist in supervising production planning and management activities within the organization.

Assist in developing production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
Assist in determining production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
Assist in plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
Assist in monitoring production status and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in identifying delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
Assist in new product development and enhancements.
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
Assist in resolving production issues and escalate unresolved issues to supervisor/ management promptly.
Ensuring the BPRs and all other relevant documents are completed timely
Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.

Requirements:

Work experience should be minimum 4 years in manufacturing organization.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
Good at math and statistics
Strong problemsolving skills
A confident and determined approach
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Team player
