SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries regarding our services, products, and policies.
Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution.

Order Processing:

Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and prevent recurrence of issues.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or resolutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems or databases.
Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and common issues for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling challenging situations or irate clients.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or customer support software.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
