SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and proactive Online Bidder to join our team in Indore. You must have experience of 1 or more year as an Online Bidder. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online platforms and bidding portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase the agency's services and capabilities to prospective clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, clarifications, and requests for information to maintain a high level of client engagement.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management on a regular basis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services to clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an online bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects and generating revenue.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
