Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding healthcare services and inquiries.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Schedule:
Six-day work schedule
9 hours shift
Rotational weekly off
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in customer care or healthcare industry is a plus
