Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding healthcare services and inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work

Schedule:
Six-day work schedule

9 hours shift

Rotational weekly off


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a recognized institution
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in customer care or healthcare industry is a plus
