We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Executives to join our team at an e-commerce company in Bangalore.As a Customer Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and providing them with information about our products and services.
You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries.Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English and one or more local languages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong problemsolving skills. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
