Description
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our team at an e-commerce company in Bangalore.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in an ecommerce company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command over English and one or more local languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
