Profile Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to clients regarding available properties.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and legal to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
Goaloriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

English, Hindi and Marathi
