Description
Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on - going projects.

  • Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.
  • Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.
  • Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.
  • Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.
  • Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
  • Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.
  • Site Visits once in a week.
  • Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Head of the department and management.
  • Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.
  • Any Other miscellaneous responsibilities as delegated by the Head of the department and management.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
