Description
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock, etc.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring all stock is delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Bill & Work Order entries in ERP (Highrise) software.
- Bills inward entry and other purchase related entries as and when required.
- Any other tasks assigned by HOD and the management.
- Site Visit for Stock update and material Delivery & Quality Check
- Note -Major work will be doing on data entry on ERP
QUALIFICATION:
GRADUATE WITH - 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE INTO REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY WITH HANDS ON ERP SOFTWARE.
SALARY:
RS. 25000/- ONWARDS (ALSO DEPENDS UPON CANDIDATURE).
Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
