ET is a bi-monthly magazine that focuses on excellence in education and comes up with six premium issues a year.

The magazine has a readership of 12,00,000 (Readers such as Educator, Chairman, Director, Academic Heads, Principal & Trustee) and a circulation of 62,400 Pan India.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
  • Introduce company verticals and generate interest.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer responses.
  • Capture and record relevant information during conversations.
  • Conduct followup calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Gather feedback on customer experiences and preferences.
  • Accurately record customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the database.
  • Maintain uptodate and organized customer records.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and objectives.
  • Strive to exceed performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
