Education
Bachelor's Degree in any disciple. Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred.

Experience/ Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as a content writer.
Well versed with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and WordPress.
Good understanding of SEO & SEM concepts.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proven track record to write in a variety of styles and formats for different audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with various Departments and crossfunctional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Industry
Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization

Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Business stakeholders to develop a content strategy focused on the updates and broadcasts from the Department of Information Technology of RBI.
Work closely with the social team to post engaging content, upload videos, images, and audio files to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+ and other social media accounts.
Manage additional aspects of the content creation including research, factchecking, keyword optimization, editing, proofreading, posting, and monitoring for engagement opportunities.
Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.

**Certifications
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage

Employment Type
All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
