Administration Executive - Hyderabad, India - Oxane Partners
Description
This role will be a part of our growingAdministration team.
The incumbent will provide general administrative activities to the organization which will include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements.
Will also involve taking care of housekeeping, cafeteria, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception.- Booking meetings, scheduling events and making travel arrangements
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Maintaining internal databases
- Submitting expense reports in a timely manner
- Organizing, storing and printing company documents as and when needed
- Handling query from managers and employees
Requirements:
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, General Administration is preferred
- 23 years' relevant work experience is required
