    Description

    The main responsibility would involve collaborating closely with international investment banks or asset managers to oversee their investments in corporate credit portfolios. The deals could be either direct investments or providing leverage on a portfolio of corporate credits. The position requires conducting credit analysis of middle market and leveraged loans as well as monitoring the ongoing performance post loan onboarding.

    Key Duties:

    • Assist clients in monitoring investment performance in corporate credit across different sectors
    • Review and extract crucial data from facility agreements, financial statements, compliance certificates, and budgets
    • Monitor financial covenants and other credit metrics to identify any warning signals on the credits
    • Familiarity with financial statements, ratios, MS Excel, and other MS tools
    • Handle transaction data on the Oxane platform
    • Verify performance reports and dashboards on the Oxane platform and address data or accuracy issues
    • Act as the main quality control personnel and mentor for team members to enhance workflow efficiency

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Solid grasp of commercial lending procedures
    • Knowledge of leveraged loan structures and related documentation
    • Experience in credit assessments, report creation, capital structure analysis, and pro-forma analysis
    • The candidate must have a highly analytical mind with great attention to detail
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
    • Aptitude to perform effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    • Minimum of five to nine years of relevant work experience post an MBA (Finance Major) with an exceptional performance track record
    • Prior exposure as a credit analyst in an Investment Bank, Investment Management firm, Financial Advisory firm, or KPOs would be advantageous
