Employment:

  • Manage HNI client relationships

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be tasked with sourcing new customers for the Wealth Management Managing a team of Portfolio Managers. complete reporting of the team Ensure the meetings target are met for yourself.


Bringing in the entire portfolio of Real Estate Assets from clients on the platform and sharing details with relevant department Bring in assigned/target upfront revenue for the business by selling developer projects and investment to the Existing & New HNI clients of the company.


To provide & maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting & any other records for the entire team along to records of sales & performance.


Understanding the needs of the end customer & providing appropriate real estate solutions Identify and segment the target market for potential new business opportunities.

Maintain regular contact with clients including regular face to face meetings where you will be expected to profile clients risk and return aspirations and deliver a tailored portfolio of products.


Requirements:


You should have proven experience of working as either a Team Leader - Wealth Management or HNI who is currently managing a book of HNI clients.

Minimum 5 and maximum of 7 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.


Salary:
From ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:


  • Real estate sales: 5 years (preferred)
  • Customer relationship management: 5 years (preferred)
