    Description

    JobDescription:

    • Responsibleproject manager for implementing the foreseen complex IT/OTSCADA/EMS/ADMS solutions in the environment ofEnergy.
    • Is fully accountable for meetingallocated technical and/or project objectives resp. time qualityand budget.
    • Steers organizationcustomers vendor partners and peers on the contribution of theproject.
    • Maintain a formalized systemthat documents processes procedures and responsibilities forachieving project objectives. Includes budget timeline andquality.
    • Facilitates collaborationbetween stakeholders who have diverseobjectives.
    • Taking responsibility foryour own actions while caring for your colleagues and thebusiness.
    • Currently handling SCADAProjectTurn Key Project400KV &End to End ProjectManagement.

    BackgroundSkills:

    • Agraduate in BE/ME/M.Tech in IT/Computer or Electronics andcommunications.
    • Minimum 5 or more years ofproven utility or industrial SCADA project managementexperience.
    • Prior experience to toptiercompanies with SCADA manufacturersproducts.
    • Expertise in SCADA deploymentsinstallations configurations testing Migration andtroubleshooting.
    • Indepth experience inexecution of control centre SCADA/EMS/ADMSprojects.
    • Experienced in SCADA/EMS/DMS systemsinterfaces to other IT tools (GIS data repository.).
    • Experience in execution of greenfield andmigration projects.
    • Build appropriate andeffective business relationships.
    • Makingdecisions which impact the success of assigned projects i.e.results deadlines and cost.
    • Analyses designsplans executes and evaluates work to time cost and qualitytargets.
    • Communicates effectively both formallyand informally.
    • Knowledge of and experiencewith the project management processes and procedures used to manageproject.
    • Manages vendor relations includingsourcing and negotiating with outside vendors in a businessenvironment.
    • High skill and experience withnegotiation typically in a business financial or legalcontext.
    • Customer engagement communication andpresentation skills.
    • Ability to communicatecomplex SCADA and controls concepts to nondomain experts in acollaborative fashion.
    • Familiarity with andable to stay current on SCADA regulations andstandards.
    • Proficiency in both spoken &written English language isrequired.
