Duties and Responsibilities
∙Training, supervising and appraising staff

∙Managing budgets

∙Maintaining statistical and financial records

∙Dealing with sales queries and complaints

∙Overseeing pricing and stock control

∙Maximising profitability and setting/meeting production targets, including motivating staff to do so
