Education:

  • Proficiency in safety management software and tools.

Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our Real Estate team.

As a Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Your focus will be on maintaining a safe work environment, conducting inspections, and implementing safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of real estate properties and construction sites.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and staff to provide safety training and guidance.
  • Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation.
  • Monitor and stay uptodate with changing safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:


  • Indepth knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to fostering a safetyconscious culture.

Immediate Joiners Required

Salary:

₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
