Job Description:

Strong Knowledge of SolarWinds Orion APM and NPM software.
Good Knowledge of SNMP, syslog etc.
Good knowledge on integration of SolarWinds and thirdparty tools for event forwarding and auto

- ticketing

Knowledge and familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL database internal and architecture or experience with supporting database administration.

- very good understanding of ITIL process framework, ITIL Foundation certificate preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, include client facing, presentation and relationship skills.
Build positive working relationship and works collaboratively with other team members.
Selfstarter and ability to work independently
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.
Provide Operational Documentations as and when required.
Good Spoken and Written Communication skills, should be able to converse freely with global counterparts.
High availability of the team member which includes week days or Weekends as the Operations team is available 24*7.
