KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead data science project from scratch

Ability to lead and coach other team members

Orchestrate requirement discussion both technical and non-technical aspect with relevant content teams located across - Paris, London, US and India

Design and implement python script to manipulate data structure/format using cloud platform to arrive at Machine Learning solutions for market data problems

Produce minimum level of requirement document

Flexible working hours

Required skills and experience

At least 5 years' experience as a data scientist, software engineer or comparable field

Bachelor's degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar required; Post Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar preferred

Experience with pandas / numpy / scikit learn / tensorflow or pytorch

Basic knowledge of GIT, and development workflow

Knowledge and experience in scripting and programming with Python and SQL and/or GraphQL

Strong knowledge in applied statistic such as data/probability distribution, linear/non-linear regression and classification models

Experienced in machine learning and free text mining

Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results at multiple levels to both technical and non-technical audiences

Positive and open mindset, eager to learn new technologies related to Data Science and Data Management

Preferred skills and experience (Good to have)

Familiar with financial market content and financial instrument especially derivatives

Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS

Basic knowledge of Kafka (or any messaging/queue management system)

Experience with an ML Platform MLFlow / Kubeflow / AirFlow

Self-driven on research of new technology, quantitative finance model and machine learning/deep learning theory
