Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages a team of individual contributors
  • Provides comprehensive technical expertise
  • Manages FinCon relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the aim of ensuring that the outcomes of collaborative endeavours are delivered in compliance with accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Directs technical accounting research to correctly account for and to report significant, complex and nonroutine transactions.
  • Reviews the robustness of subdivisional or regional reporting processes and financial controls and / or for business functions
  • Manages the accounting resolution of aged open items and accounting escalations
  • Reviews and ensure all reports and disclosures comply with local legislation, professional standards and accounting controls
  • Coordinates preparing and review of periodic financial statements (internal/external) of business/geography/function/division in a timely and accurate manner and support analyses of material variances and may support with Group consolidation / balance sheets
  • Manages audits and drive it closure on timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification Degree (or equivalent) and globally recognized professional accounting qualification (preferred)
  • Moderate Significant experience in reporting and financial control needed
