    Description
    Client Engagement Role - Chartered the Role:

    As a Customer Success Engagement Manager, your main goal is to ensure top-notch experiences for our valued clients.

    Your expertise in GST domain and understanding of our product/service offerings will be crucial in providing effective assistance to customers. This will help in boosting customer satisfaction, retention, and company revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the entire customer lifecycle for LC and VLC clients including onboarding, planning, implementation, deployment, and ongoing usage
    • Proactively engage with senior executives to address their challenges
    • Visit customers a few days before product usage to assess readiness and provide necessary support
    • Assist customers in problem-solving related to GST, e-invoicing, integration, Max ITC, and other product features
    • Drive product adoption and ensure a seamless user experience
    • Collaborate with Delivery leadership and Sales team to review performance and ensure client success
    • Work closely with product teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
    • Create and implement Client-specific Quarterly Business plans to support cross-selling and enhance client value
    • Gain insight into client business processes to optimize the use of Clear Products effectively and deliver value
    Requirements for Success:

    You should be a qualified CA with 3-4 years of experience in the GST domain. A people-centric approach, adaptability to fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for excelling in this role. Deep understanding of customer issues and effective collaboration with internal teams are key to maintaining customer satisfaction.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with filing through Clear Portal
    • Experience in filing through government portals
    • In-depth knowledge of Compliance processes (GST, TDS) and Accounts Payable with expertise in guiding compliance filing processes
    • Strong program management skills
    • Ability to engage with CXO/CXO1 level executives (CFO, Tax heads, etc.)
