Job role:

Handling specified portfolio of clients in KMIL as a Service RM
Managing operations of Loan Accounts & Securities which includes Managing Booking/Authorization of structured loans, Due generation on billing date, Managing accurate and timely recording of disbursement and repayments, Updating of loan renewal terms in LMS system, Ensuring accuracy of Interest billing, Overdue management
Putting in place appropriate processes to ensure Fast and accurate customer service delivery, Foreclosure calculation, Recording and reconciliation of TDS in System
Handle Internal, Statutory and RBI audit
Manage collateral/cross collateral and issuance of NOC/NDNC
Observance of regulatory and procedural compliances
Managing Bank Reconciliation
Pledging / Unpledging of Share, Lien marking of mutual fund units, Redemption of Mutual fund
Managing Margin shortfall risk through Security management, Margin Monitoring, Continuous coordination / follow up with internal and external stake holders, Security reconciliation, Daily uploads of Security rates and customer outstanding balance, IPO financing
Regulatory reporting and MIS.

Job Requirements:

ICWA/ CS / MBA
Finance / CA Inter with minimum 56 years of experience of managing Operations and other financial products
Experience of working on wholesale lending will be an added advantage
Knowledge on various risks involved in handling various systems
Knowledge of Commercial Real estate financing, Corporate Loan and Capital Market financing products
Should have ability and experience of working on Loan Management systems
Familiar with loan documentation is must
Knowledge of LMS system / NLADS will be added advantage
Working knowledge of KYC verification and RBI norms applicable to lending business.
