Sales Executive - Calicut, India - Marine Hydrocolloids
Description
Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in sales. Knowledge of consumer behavior, and retail market environment is preferred.- Responsible for conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying new leads.
- Accountable for generating sales revenue based on the target set by the organization.
- Conduct cold calling and market visits to acquire new customers thereby increasing customer base.
- Maintain an effective customer database and monitor customer preferences to improve sales.
- Ensure products reach the customers regularly without delay.
- Responsible for maintaining sales record and submitting daily report to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional relationship with clients and be a point of contact for feedback and queries.
- Responsible for resolving any customer complaints/concerns and submit a report on the same to the reporting manager.
