About The Role:
We are seeking a Post Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at Broomees India.

As a Post Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers after the sale has been made.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, with an emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships.


Qualification & Skills:

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(Proficient level English is required):

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale
  • Understand customer needs and develop strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling
  • Track and report on customer interactions, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments, ensuring our postsales processes align with best practices
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer support processes and procedures.
