Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager Intern to join our team at Broomees India.

As a Customer Relationship Manager Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our valued customers.

This role is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing one)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills(Proficient in English).
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and excellent customer service
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell our services
Resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
Gather customer feedback and communicate it internally to drive product and service improvements
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our CRM system
Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to customer relationship management.
