Job Role:
Customer Service Executive

Office Location - MIDC, Andheri (East)
**Working days

  • Monday to Friday**
    Job Timings: 12:30 9:30 p.m. (UK process)

Fresher are welcome with excellent comm skills in English

Job Summary:


  • Calling client to introduce our company.
  • Booking Engineer appointment.
  • Cocoordinating with Engineer's on each job and updating the system.
  • Follow up with the suppliers for parts.
  • Analysing and predicting on certain jobs and evaluating accordingly.
  • Making sure the job is completed within target date.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
