Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and accurately

Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues

Maintaining customer records by updating information in the database

Meeting targets and deadlines set by the management

Adhering to company policies and procedures


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

No MTI or RTI issue, grammatical, or pronunciation errors

Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma holder

Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Flexible to work in a rotational shift environment


Salary and Benefits:
₹ (18.5k in hand)

Cab facility with home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office
