The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing assistance and solutions to individuals seeking clarification or resolution for their doubts, questions, or problems.

This role involves active listening, critical thinking, and effective communication to understand the doubts and provide accurate and helpful responses.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) may work in various fields, such as customer service, education, technology, or any domain where doubt resolution is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries: Address doubts, questions, or problems raised by individuals through various communication channels.
  • Analyze doubts: Listen carefully to the concerns and questions presented by individuals, and analyze the information provided to understand the root cause or underlying issue.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research using available resources, such as databases, reference materials, or online platforms, to gather relevant information and ensure accurate responses.
  • Provide accurate explanations: Clearly and concisely explain complex concepts, procedures, or information to individuals, ensuring they fully understand the answers provided and their doubts are resolved.
  • Problemsolving: Utilize critical thinking and problemsolving skills to identify appropriate solutions to doubts or problems presented by individuals, considering the context and specific requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of doubts, inquiries, and solutions provided to track patterns, identify common issues, and improve overall doubt resolution processes.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Active listening skills to understand individuals' doubts and concerns.
  • Good research skills to gather accurate and reliable information.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate responses and documentation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
