Role Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential clients in the designated area to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to showcase our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Own vehicle preferred for field visits and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Salary: 40, ,000 INR per month (Salary negotiable based on experience and performance)
