Responsibilities-
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading ETG's unique way of learning. You will be expected to perform the following set of responsibilities

  • 1. Student Counselling with Ed Tech/ Elearning organization.
  • Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective
  • Fix appointments and conduct regular sessions on a daily basis with students.
  • Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
  • Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
  • Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.

Qualifications-

  • Patient and friendly personality.
Minimum a bachelor's degree in any engineering stream.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical counselling,
  • Good with tools like MS office, Google ecosystem (Sheets, slides, calendar and meet)
  • Good listener and proficient communication skills.
  • Having an understanding of defining career goals, time management is added advantage.

In-Office:
Koramangala, Bengaluru (6 Days Working)


Shift:
Noon shift

Sunday is working; any weekday off
