Job Title:
Production Intern - Fashion Design

Overview:


We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Intern with a background in Fashion Design to join our dynamic team.

As a Production Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process, from managing purchase orders to coordinating with vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders in Fashion Design to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management:


  • Create and manage purchase orders for fabrics, trims, and other materials required for production.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing purchase orders to meet production deadlines.

Embroidery Entry Report:


  • Generate daily reports on embroidery entries, tracking progress and identifying any issues or delays.

Vendor Coordination and Management:


  • Communicate with vendors to place orders, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards.

Production Coordination:


  • Collaborate with the production master to coordinate production schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Update production status and monitor progress using Odoo software.

Odoo Software Entry:


  • Input data related to fabric orders, trim orders, and production status into the Odoo software system.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate records to facilitate efficient production planning and tracking.

Sample Review:


  • Assist in reviewing proto samples and size set samples, providing feedback on design, fit, and quality.

Inventory Management:


  • Maintain stock fabric report, tracking inventory levels and replenishing materials as needed.
  • Monitor fabric usage and wastage to optimize inventory management processes.

Shipping Logistics:


  • Generate eway bills for shipping products from Koskii karigari studio to warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control Coordination:


  • Liaise with the Quality Control team to address any quality issues identified during inhouse production.
  • Implement corrective actions and follow up to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • Graduation/Diploma/Post Graduation in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Odoo) preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
