Core Work Activities:

Identifies new reservations / sales business opportunities to achieve personal and restaurant revenue goals
Understands the overall market trends, including competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and knows how to sell against them.
Handle Inbound / Outbound client calls / message inquiries on IVR understand customer requirements, explain about different pre defined offerings, and convert inquiries into sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
Successfully create business from existing customer accounts by sending them new offer updates, packages and more.
Update bookings and maintain records and update advance payments / balance receivable etc.
Maintain and update inquiry record database, booking sheet(s).
