The job description of a social media executive includes the following responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a social media strategy

Managing social media sites

Monitoring customer issues and sometimes liaising with customers to answer their queries or problems

Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output

Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, known as community management

Scheduling and delivering messages through an up-to-date content calendar

Working with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity

Creating engaging content for the target audience to drive sales, maintain an online presence and get the maximum value from various social media platforms

Overseeing all company social media accounts management

Coordinating social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals

Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis.


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (required)
