    Description

    State Street Global Billing Function

    • Responsible for client billing and invoicing globally
    • Combines groups from various locations
    • Focus on process improvements and automation

    Job Purpose:

    Client Set-up associate handling billing and invoice creation

    Develops understanding of business practices

    Reports to Finance CoE Manager

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance
    • 3-5 years of experience in financial institutions
    • Strong ERP knowledge and financial analysis skills

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment

    Business As Usual Activities:

    • Collaborate with onshore team
    • Develop team to work independently
    • Lead client set-up activities at global level
    • Provide support to stakeholders
    • Participate in financial analyses
    • Ensure completion of projects within timeframe
