About us

Role Summary
To design learning material for K12 level, we seek a skilled graphic designer with considerable experience in
Adobe InDesign for producing aesthetically appealing content for various Yardstick's solutions.

The graphic designer should have a discipline to remain consistent in terms of design and quality of expecting aesthetically rich content.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Typeset graphics and coding rich content as per the guidelines and templates
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

Any graduate with interest in Desktop and digital publishing
More than two years of experience in working with Adobe InDesign

Having "InDesign

Adobe Certified Professional" certificate would be added advantage
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational skills and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with no supervision
Attention to detail and problemsolving attitude

Open mindedness to the ideas, curiosity to pursue alternative perspectives and willingness to challenge one's own belief in the light of evidence
